Our Childcare offering provides families with reliable supervision and care for their little ones. Our Fairy Friends offer children a hand to hold and a heart of love. Fairy Friends are not only fun and full of adventure, they are also trustworthy. With a commitment to safety, all of The Hearth Fairy’s Fairy Friends are thoroughly screened and trained to provide the optimal care for your family.

What’s included

  • Attentive, engaging care and supervision by a qualified Fairy Friend.

  • Each credit hours includes up to 2 children. Each additional child is +$2 per hour

  • Childcare is available for all minors aged newborn to 18 year olds.

  • The Hearth Fairy welcomes all; however, safety for all is our main priority. Care for children with special needs is assessed on an individual basis based on the level of care and skill needed.

  • Fairies undergo thorough screening and background checking with a 9 point vetting system:

    • Resume screening

    • Application review

    • Phone screening

    • Reference checking

    • Formal interview

    • FCRA- compliant background checking

    • Motor Vehicle Report

    • Social media check

    • American Heart Association First Aid, CPR and AED training for infants, children and adults

  • Safety is our top priority. Our fairies are trained in child safety and emergency preparedness protocols as well as first aid and CPR. They are also educated on best practices for creating a secure and nurturing home environment.

    Open communication is important to us. All incidents will be reported to the family and The Hearth Fairy admin as soon as possible following any incidents.

    We conduct regular evaluations and seek continuous feedback from families to ensure our caregivers consistently deliver high-quality and safe care. Any concerns raised are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
